About This Single Origin Coffee
Grown at elevations typically between 1,400 and 1,700 meters, these beans develop density, structure, and bright acidity that balance beautifully with Sullivan St.’s rich, chocolatey depth. The natural process brings out sweetness and complexity while keeping the cup smooth, bold, and approachable.
Roasted with Purpose
Our coffee beans are ethically sourced, organic when possible, and roasted on the Bellwether Roaster, one of the most sustainable coffee roasting systems in the world. The result is a carefully roasted coffee with a cleaner footprint and a beautifully consistent cup.
The Story Behind Sullivan St.
Sullivan St. was our second roast, and it quickly became a favorite among those who love deep, rich coffee flavors. The name is inspired by Sullivan Street Bakery in New York City, a place that holds a special place in our family’s story and also helped inspire our son’s name. It felt only right to let this meaningful place live on through one of our most beloved coffees.
