Your geographic area may affect brew time due to voltage differences. Lower voltage results in slower brewing. Descale your brewer if voltage is not an issue.
Bonavita brewers maintain 195-205°F during brewing, but coffee cools upon contact with air. Brewing at high elevations or smaller batches may reduce temperature.
Descale at least every 100 uses, or more frequently with hard water. Use a biodegradable, phosphate-free coffee machine descaler.

- Kettle leaking near switch: Avoid overfilling. If persists, contact us.
- Variable temperature kettle not recalling temperature: Older models lack memory. Contact us for replacement.
- Kettle display showing HI ERR: High altitude can cause this; if not, the kettle may be defective.
