Diana S.Six years ago I visited friends on their motor yacht. They had a Bonavita and the coffee every morning was delightful! I balked at the price of this mostly plastic coffee maker. When my own coffee maker gave up the ghost, I splurged on a Bonavita for myself. And I am loving it!! The thermal carafe keeps my coffee hot for hours. Only one complaint here… the markings on the water reservoir are very hard to see for older eyes. Maybe change the color of the cup markings? Still love it.

The water heats to the perfect temperature and the metal carafe keeps the coffee hot without a burning under the pot to make it burnt tasting. It is simple to use and takes up very little space on my counter. The company stands behind their product also. I needed some assistance and they got back to me immediately with the help I needed. Great pot and great company.
