At Bonavita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help you with our simple return and refund process. Please read our policy below for details.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and any related materials.

The item should not be on the list of non-returnable items (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Support team at [customer support email/phone] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

Please securely pack the item(s) and include all original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
No Restocking Fee
We charger no restocking fee for standard returns. A restocking fee of 10% will apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note:

Refund processing time: It may take 5-7 business days for your refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will help you file a warranty claim.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Returns
For international orders, the return policy is the same as domestic orders. However, return shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. International refunds will be processed in the currency used at the time of the original purchase.
