Bonavita stands behind the quality of its products and is committed to providing a reliable and hassle-free warranty experience. If your Bonavita product is defective due to materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace it in accordance with our warranty policy.


Warranty Coverage

Bonavita products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

What Is Covered:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
  • Electrical or mechanical failures under normal use
  • Replacement parts and labor for repairs

What Is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents
  • Damage from improper cleaning, maintenance, or modifications
  • Commercial or industrial use of household products
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Damage caused by power surges or electrical issues
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Glass carafes are not covered under warranty

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps:

1. Gather Required Information

Before submitting a claim, please have the following ready:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Product model number and serial number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

2. Submit Your Claim

Submit your warranty claim via email. You can email our support team at support@bonavitabrand.co with the required details.

3. Claim Review Process

  • Once your claim is submitted, our team will review it within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, we will provide further instructions on repair or replacement.
  • If additional information is needed, we will reach out to you.
  • Claims may take up to 10 business days to process.

4. Product Return (If Required)

  • If a return is necessary, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
  • Returned products must be cleaned and securely packaged.
  • Do not dispose of or return your product until we contact you.
  • Once received, we will inspect and process the repair or replacement within 10-15 business days.

Important Notes

  • If you purchased your Bonavita product from Amazon or another retailer, please contact them first regarding warranty claims.
  • Warranty claims without proof of purchase may not be processed.
  • International customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • Replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
  • If your product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement.

Product Availability & Supply Chain Updates

Due to global supply chain disruptions, some replacement parts may be out of stock. Please check back regularly if the part you need is unavailable.

Warranty for Products Purchased Before July 1, 2024

Bonavita recently underwent a business restructuring, leading to new management for product distribution. While our product design and manufacturing remain the same, we are not responsible for warranty claims on products sold before July 1, 2024, as these were managed by the previous distributor.

  • We cannot provide refunds or replacements for products purchased before this date.
  • We will offer troubleshooting and customer service support where possible.
  • In some cases, we may offer replacement parts at cost, depending on product age and availability.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
