"This replacement carafe was delivered broken. I have tried numerous to call customer support numerous times and have sent emails and cannot get in touch with someone. I would like to get a replacement or refund."
"What more does one need from a carafe? I was so relieved when Bonavita became available in the states again. We love our coffee maker, but while my husband is in charge of brewing the coffee, he isn't the most precise handler of glass, so having a quick resupply of these carafes is a godsend."
