Vintage Vanilla Malt Coffee Mocktail

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a Vintage Vanilla Malt Coffee Mocktail featuring a bold, iced coffee brewed with the Connoisseur Brewer. This non-alcoholic mocktail blends concentrated iced coffee, brown sugar vanilla whipped cream, and Lyre’s American Malt spirit (or your preferred malt spirit) for a perfectly balanced drink.

Ingredients:

  • Slightly concentrated iced coffee (see recipe below)
  • Ice
  • 8 oz whipped cream combined with 1.5 oz brown sugar & vanilla syrup
  • 1.5 oz Lyre’s American Malt (or preferred malt spirit)

Iced Coffee Recipe:

  1. Grind 65g of medium-dark roasted coffee beans.
  2. Fill the brewer’s water tank to the “4” line.
  3. Place 340g (12 oz) of ice in the carafe.
  4. Brew according to the manual.

Drink Build:

  1. Add American Malt spirit to a tall glass or frosty mug.
  2. Pour in iced coffee, leaving 2 inches of space. Stir.
  3. Add 1-2 large ice cubes.
  4. Top with brown sugar & vanilla whipped cream.
