Vintage Vanilla Malt Coffee Mocktail

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a Vintage Vanilla Malt Coffee Mocktail featuring a bold, iced coffee brewed with the Connoisseur Brewer. This non-alcoholic mocktail blends concentrated iced coffee, brown sugar vanilla whipped cream, and Lyre’s American Malt spirit (or your preferred malt spirit) for a perfectly balanced drink.
Ingredients:
- Slightly concentrated iced coffee (see recipe below)
- Ice
- 8 oz whipped cream combined with 1.5 oz brown sugar & vanilla syrup
- 1.5 oz Lyre’s American Malt (or preferred malt spirit)
Iced Coffee Recipe:
- Grind 65g of medium-dark roasted coffee beans.
- Fill the brewer’s water tank to the “4” line.
- Place 340g (12 oz) of ice in the carafe.
- Brew according to the manual.
Drink Build:
- Add American Malt spirit to a tall glass or frosty mug.
- Pour in iced coffee, leaving 2 inches of space. Stir.
- Add 1-2 large ice cubes.
- Top with brown sugar & vanilla whipped cream.
